It's handmade from burlap with a fabric handmade applique monogram and a fabric lining on the back. The sides and hem, as well as the rod pocket at the top are finished on the edges and hemmed with care. The fabric is scotch guarded as well. It's very nice and substantial. The rod pocket at the top is 2", so it's easy to thread onto your flag holder. It measures 13"w by 18" tall. Stand is not included.
