Three initial monogram, place the initials in the order you would like them designed - First, Last, Middle or First, Middle, Last. Select Applique design if you want the patch (name on patch is included). Select the other personalization options if you do not want the patch.

Note that handmade items may have slight variations and we reserve the right to substitute colors if needed.  If an embroidery font and thread color are not provided in order notes at checkout, I will choose something suitable for the design.
