OPTIONAL PERSONALIZATION:  Leave information in order notes at checkout if needed. Three initial monogram, place the initials in the order you would like them designed - First, Last, Middle or First, Middle, Last. Initials will go on the pocket if you choose 1 or 3 initials. First or Last Name will go above the pocket if you choose the name.

Select Applique design if you want an applique on the pocket. Leave information in the notes at checkout on the type of applique design you want other than what is listed. First or Last name is included with the applique design. Please include first or last name and fabric style/color choice for the applique design. All of the photos are applique designs.

Select Embroidery design if you want an embroidery on the pocket and then design. Leave information in the notes at checkout on the type of embroidery design you want other than what is listed. First or Last name is included with the embroidery design.

Note that handmade items may have slight variations and we reserve the right to substitute colors if needed.
