• OTHER COLOR OPTIONS: Select your style headband. Then state uniform fabric color or the school name in the order notes at checkout.
• OPTIONAL PERSONALIZATION: Leave any personalization information in order notes at checkout if needed. Three initial monogram, place the initials in the order you would like them designed - First, Last, Middle or First, Middle, Last. Leave order notes blank if you want it to look like the one photo.
• Monogram/Embroidery Fonts and Thread Color: See photos in this listing. If an embroidery font and thread color are not provided in order notes at checkout, I will choose something suitable for the design. Leave order notes blank if you want it to look like the one photo.
